Yes. We will deposit all profits monthly, quarterly, or as determined by the Property Management Agreement.

As you authorized MAIN-PM as your Agent per the terms of the Property Management Agreement, the lease or leases will be signed by MAIN-PM on your behalf. You are not required to sign the lease directly, as your Agent handles this responsibility for you. If you wish to review the lease documents, all property documents will be made available to you upon your written request.
